• Running late

  Let us know before the session starts, in writing if possible or by phone. A guide will welcome your child and help them settle.

• Absent for the day

  Tell us before the session starts, in writing if possible or by phone, and include the reason. We follow up when a child is unexpectedly absent.

• Unwell

  A child with sickness or diarrhoea must stay home for 48 hours after the last episode. Call us about infectious illness so we can inform other families.

• Someone else collecting

  Tell us the person's name in advance. We only release a child to an adult authorised by their parent.

• Late collection

  Call if you are delayed so we can care for your child and prepare for later collection.
