See how places are offered and what happens from your first enquiry to enrolment and settling in.
Admissions take place each term Intakes run termly rather than once a year, so a family joining the list is usually waiting for the next intake rather than for next September.
Places are allocated from the waiting list Within an intake, offers go out in the order families registered, for the age band that has a vacancy. There is no assessment and no interview.
Admissions are for ages 3 to 6 years There is no baby room, and Alamiyah Montessori does not take younger children.
Additional needs and EHCPs Please contact us before applying so we can understand your child's needs and discuss openly whether Alamiyah Montessori can meet them.
Tell us your child's date of birth, preferred start and whether you need mornings or full days.
See the prepared environment and morning work cycle as children experience them.
The one-off, non-refundable charge adds your child to the waiting list. See the amount on fees and funded hours.
We work through registrations in date order within each age band, recording siblings and continuity.
When a place opens in your child's age band, we send the proposed start date and acceptance deadline.
The deposit and advance payment are due on acceptance. Amounts and key terms are set out on fees and funded hours and in your offer letter. The advance payment is credited to your first bill. Ask us about deposit refunds before signing.
Bring the documents below and sign the parent agreement. Sessions build gradually over the first week or two.
Bring the original photo identification, proofs of address, your child's long form birth certificate and the requested passport photographs. We copy them and return them the same morning.
