What these terms are not

The partnership agreement, handbook and papers you sign when a child joins govern the relationship between your family and us. These website terms do not change them; if they conflict, those documents take priority.

Who runs this site

Alamiyah Educational Foundation is a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales, company number 08922089, and a registered charity, charity number 1158578. Its registered office is at 113-115 Marlborough Road, Dagenham RM8 2ES, and its email address is [email protected]. The charity runs both Alamiyah Montessori and Alamiyah Home Education Centre.

The words and pictures on it

Unless stated otherwise, we own this site's text, images, name and mark, or use them with permission. You may read, print or save the pages and share links. Ask us before republishing material, using it commercially or presenting it as your own.

Accuracy, and other sites

We try to keep these pages current, but details such as fees and dates can change. A page describing a place is not an offer of one; a place exists only when we confirm it in writing.

Using the site

Do not interfere with the site, access non-public areas or submit unlawful material. We may block access if you do.

We do not promise the site is always available or always free of mistakes, and we are not responsible for a loss you take because a page here was out of date, so ask us before you act on something that matters. Two things we do not limit, because nobody may: our responsibility if somebody is injured or dies because we were negligent, and our responsibility for anything we say dishonestly. Nothing here affects the rights the law already gives you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
